Where is the Iwokrama Canopy Walkway?

The walkway is situated at Mauisparu, near the southern boundary of the Iwokrama Reserve.  Click on the side bar to view a Map of Guyana and the location of the Iwokrama Canopy Walkway.

The walkway is about 75 minutes drive south from the Iwokrama Field Station and about 45 minutes travelling north from Rock View Lodge and the community of Surama.   There is a good all weather road running from Georgetown (340 km) in the north to Lethem on the Brazilian border that passes through the Iwokrama Reserve and past the walkway.
